The Level 1 Condition Report is a basic survey designed for modern properties in reasonable condition. It provides a general overview of the property and highlights any major visible issues. This survey offers a simple assessment for buyers who want a straightforward report before completing their purchase.
Using a DJI Mini 3 Pro, we carry out aerial inspections of roofs, chimneys and other hard-to-reach areas. This is included with Level 3 surveys or available as a standalone service, offering high-resolution imagery with no need for scaffolding.
