Hunter Ellis sells and supplies digital property tools and free guides through Payhip and Etsy. When you buy or download an item through either platform, the platform processes the information needed to operate its service and complete the transaction under its own privacy terms.
Hunter Ellis may receive information connected with your order or download, such as your name, email address, billing country or location, the product purchased or downloaded, order date, transaction or order reference, tax status and any support, refund or access correspondence. We do not receive your full payment-card details; those are processed by the relevant platform and payment provider.
We use this information to supply the digital product or free guide, provide customer support, manage access or refunds, maintain transaction, accounting and tax records, protect our products and enforce the personal-use licence. Depending on the circumstances, the lawful basis is performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
When you request a free guide through Payhip, your email address is used to deliver access and forms part of the related download record. We will not add you to a general marketing list unless you separately choose to opt in. If you do opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
