Requested timescale or important deadline (optional)Inspections are typically available within 10 working days, subject to access and availability; reports normally within 5 working days after inspection. Dates will be confirmed separately.

Would you like work to begin within the 14-day cancellation period? *You normally have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after the contract is made. To cancel, tell Hunter Ellis Ltd clearly; you can email admin@hunter-ellis.co.uk or use the cancellation form in your Terms. Choosing Yes asks us to start during that period; it does not immediately remove your cancellation right. Choosing No means we will wait until the period has ended before starting work.

After submission, we will check your quotation, access details and any outstanding payment or information, then confirm the inspection and expected report date separately in writing. We normally contact the selling agent to arrange access.
